\u00a0<\/span><\/span>1. Scope of application\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The General Terms and Conditions apply to contractual relationships between dean&david Switzerland and its customers. This includes all stores of dean&david Switzerland, as well as the online ordering portal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A contract is concluded upon confirmation of an order, this can be done verbally or in writing. The following general terms and conditions are an integral part of all contracts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Number of persons\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We can accept a reduction of the number of people of up to 10% up to two working days before the event without any cost consequences. Reductions in the number of persons of more than 10% or at a later date are considered cancellation and will be charged in accordance with point 3. Additional persons will be charged according to confirmation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Catering\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the F&B turnover, we charge an hourly rate of CHF 60.00 for catering. We calculate the required number of employees based on the number of persons registered:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Up to 20 people: 1 employee\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

21-40 persons: 2 employees\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

41-100 persons: 3 employees\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Caterings without accompanying employees will be charged with 2.6% VAT, with the accompaniment of an employee with 8.1% VAT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery costs, within our delivery area, are included in the price. The areas outside our delivery area are calculated individually.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The cleaning of the gastronomic inventory and the material is carried out by dean&david Schweiz GmbH. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for cleaning the location & disposal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you bring your own wine we will charge an bottle-fee for the price of CHF 35.00 per bottle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Cancellation of events\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation of the order, the following costs will be charged:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– More than 14 working days before the start of the event: no offsetting of costs\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– 7-14 working days before the start of the event: Expenses already incurred (maximum 25% of the catering service)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– 2-6 working days before the start of the event: Expenses already incurred (maximum 50% of the catering service)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– One working day before the start of the event or on the day of the event: Expenses already incurred (up to 100% of the catering service)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of force majeure (fire, strike, etc.) or other circumstances for which dean&david Switzerland is not responsible, we reserve the right to change the venue or withdraw from the contract. The customer is not entitled to damages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Terms of payment\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When paying against invoice, there is a payment period of 14 days. Other payment terms or methods may be agreed in writing. Invoicing is possible from a total of CHF 100.00. Lower amounts can only be paid on site in the store, in cash or by card.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Minimum order quantity\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Caterings are carried out from 10 people. When picking up in the store, catering is also possible for fewer people.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
