Our mission is uncompromising freshness. We use only carefully selected, fresh, natural and high-quality ingredients free from flavour enhancers, colouring agents or preservatives – simple, healthy food prepared by hand!

Did you know that David opened his first dean&david 2007 in Munich, Germany? Inspired by a world trip after his studies where he got to know the cookshops of Southeast Asia, the juice bars of Australia or the salad culture of New York. Since then, he is opening new freshness-manufactories together with local partners, who share his passion for fresh and healthy food.
