The dean&david Store is located on Centralbahnplatz right next to the SBB railway station, not far from Elisabethenanlage. Since its opening in 2016, guests have not only enjoyed the range of fresh salads, bowls, curries, soups and sandwiches, but also the great location.

Fast, tasty and simple food without compromises in terms of freshness or quality – the dean&david store in Basel attracts visitors from all over the world. The selection of fresh ingredients at the salad bar is just as multi-faceted as our customers. Whether vegetarian, vegan or lactose-free, spicy or fruity thanks to the individual composition of the salads, you will find something for every taste and nutritional style.

The dean&david store offers not only salads and curries for lunch or dinner, but also numerous options to take away such as freshly squeezed smoothies and juices. When selecting our products, we take great care to use only high-quality ingredients that are rich in nutrients and do not contain any flavor enhancers. We pay particular attention to the use of regional ingredients. The salad mixture of six different crunchy varieties is sourced most of the year from Eastern Switzerland and “Seeland”. The chicken and beef is always Swiss meat and the coffee beans Arabica and Sidamos are refined by master roasters from the Sima roasting plant in the canton of Graubünden.
