PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT &

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Our product development team consists of a diverse group of foodaholics. They are responsible for the development of the dean&david products such as bowls, salads, sandwiches and much more. But not only that!

The team takes care of the launch of new products on a (inter-)national level and organizes test runs on a regular basis. To ensure that our products are really successful, the Food Team is responsible for recipe books, assortment evaluations, sales forecasts and cash register briefings.
The Quality Management is also part of the department. These colleagues guarantee that hygiene, tidiness and safety are maintained in the stores so that our customers get the best product.

Every successful company is based on stable and secure technical systems. This is what the IT department team at our company takes care of. They provide our employees and our dean&david stores with necessary technical equipment and services, thus supporting daily work and business processes.
