The dean&david store on Bleicherweg is located at the heart of Zurich’s banking district, not far from the historic Paradeplatz. Gerry & his team have carried the “fresh to eat” motto in their hearts since the opening in 2014 and are happy to welcome you every day with their passion for fresh and healthy nutrition.

If you fancy a delicious break during a hard working day, dean&david offers a diverse range of crisp salads, bowls, curries, handmade wraps and sandwiches as well as freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.

On the salad bar, the heart of the restaurant, customers can put together their own salad creations – from exotic variants with goji berries, mango and prawns over perfect nutrient supplies with egg and chicken to personalized classics.

Whether it is a quick lunch at noon, take away in the evening or a breakfast in the sun on the boulevard, at dean&david everything is about fast, simple and handmade food. All our products have one thing in common: they all meet our demand for uncompromising freshness. We pay particular attention to the use of regional ingredients.

The salad mixture of six different crunchy varieties is sourced most of the year from Eastern Switzerland and the “Seeland”. The chicken and beef is of Swiss origin and our Arabica and Sidamos coffee beans are refined by master roasters at Sima in the canton of Graubünden.

With its own delivery service dean&david also offers a possibility to order our fine offer online directly to your office or dining room.
