I am Giorgi and I started my apprenticeship 4 months ago.
as a specialist for system catering at dean&david. I have worked in this field before but I think that now I am in the most comfortable environment. I am sure that I will gain very valuable experience in the next three years of my apprenticeship. Already in the last 4 months I have learned a lot and I have the opportunity to develop myself even more professionally. At dean&david everyone is willing to help and support you at any time and that is what I like the most.

To work in one of our stores you must be at least 16 years old.
Our working hours are different from those in the traditional gastronomy and very family-friendly. We are generally open between 8 am to 09:00 pm, but this can differ from store to store.
Yes, your onboarding is very important for us. Your colleagues will be there for you from day one and show you everything you need to know to do a good job. We also have a buddy program. The buddy is at your side beyond your onboarding and supports you as a special contact person for all questions or problems.
Yes, you get discounts on healthy food in our stores.
We support you in your development and would like to accompany you in the long term. In agreement with your store manager, you can, for example, decide to do an apprenticeship or a dual study program with us or take over responsibility for the shift or store management. In addition, there are numerous entry-level opportunities at our headquarter in Gräfelfing that allow you to plan your career together with dean&david.
For working in the store and communicating with our guests and the team, it is helpful if you have a good knowledge in German or English. However, this is not a basic requirement to work with us.
We need your contact details and your availability. Ideally, you should also give us an assessment of your experience. Not a must: we are always happy to learn more about you personally and why you are applying for the position at dean&david.
