dean&david opened its doors in St. Gallen! Right on Neumarkt, within walking distance of the train station, our guests can enjoy fresh salads in a great location.
At the salad bar, the heart of the restaurant, customers can create their own salads – exotic variations with goji berries, mango and shrimps or a perfect fitness salad with egg and chicken or just your own personalized version.
Whether it is a quick meal during lunch break, take away in the evening or a breakfast in the sun on the boulevard, at dean&david everything is about fast, simple and handmade food without any compromises. All our products have one thing in common: they all meet our demand for uncompromising freshness. We pay particular attention to the use of regional ingredients.
The salad mixture of six different crunchy varieties is sourced most of the year from Eastern Switzerland and “Seeland”. The chicken and beef is always Swiss meat and the coffee beans Arabica and Sidamos are refined by master roasters from the Sima roasting plant in the canton of Graubünden.
